Prior Experience
Molly was previously CEO & Board Director for Landec Corporation (NASDAQ: LNDC). Landec was comprised of two operating businesses, Curation Foods and Lifecore Biomedical. Curation Foods was a value-added fresh vegetable producer and Lifecore Biomedical is a high-growth, biomaterials company focused on fermentation of bio-identical hyaluronic acid for medical applications.
